    Bowl Of Black Sticky Rice Cake

     Materials:
    • rice powder 250 gram  
    • fermented black sticky rice 150 gram
    • sugar sand 150 gram 
    • whole wheat protein was 20 gram
    • tapioca flour 250 gram 
    • baking powder double acting 1 1/2 teaspoon
    • coconut water 400 ml

    How To Make:
    1. mix the flour, fermented glutinous rice and stir until smooth
    2. stir in half of the coconut milk and sugar while at mix and the Pats until sugar is dissolved, approximately 20 minutes
    3. enter flour tapioca , wheat , baking powder and coconut remaining water . stir up to flattened 
    4. heat a bowl cake in print oles oil in a steamer
    5. pouring dough until full , bath for roughly 10 minutes
    6. remove printing of cake
    7. serve
